Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at aaron.brimblecombe81@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
